What will you send me about the franchise?
A cost sheet for the format you asked about — kiosk, takeaway counter or café. It lists what is included, what you pay separately (rent deposit and working capital are yours), the area and staff each format needs, the training period and the agreement term. We share figures directly rather than publishing them because they move with format and location — and we would rather quote you correctly than advertise a number that doesn't apply to your site.
Do you charge for the first consulting call?
No. The first call is free and runs about 30 minutes. We look at your city, your budget and your site, and tell you honestly whether it works — including when the answer is "not at this location". A scoped proposal with fees comes only after that call.
Franchise or consulting — which do I want?
Take the franchise if you want a ready system: our name, our blend, our recipes, our supply chain and our training, with an agreement and standards to follow. Take consulting if you want to build your own brand and keep it entirely — we bring the operating experience for a fee and then step away. If you are unsure, say so on the call.
Which districts are open for a franchise?
All 38 districts of Tamil Nadu are open, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Tirunelveli and Vellore. Tell us your district and we will confirm availability and the site criteria that apply there.

Any bus running along MTH Road will drop you close by, and Ambattur railway station on the Chennai suburban line is a short ride away. If you're driving from Avadi, Padi, Mogappair or Anna Nagar, we're a convenient kaapi stop on the way — look for the teal and yellow Dabara Coffee board. Two-wheeler parking is easy right outside the shop.
